Shipping & Returns

Every EvenCase case is engraved and shipped from Puglia. We prepare each order with care, without making you wait longer than needed.

Processing time

We prepare your order in 1–2 business days. If you chose laser engraving, add 1 day.

Delivery time

  • Italy: 2–4 business days
  • Europe: 4–7 business days
  • UK, USA and Canada: 7–12 business days

Shipping costs

  • Italy: free on orders from €55, otherwise €7.00
  • Europe: €9.99 to €19.99 depending on the country, shown at checkout
  • United Kingdom: €22.99
  • USA and Canada: €46.99 (any customs duties are paid by the recipient)
  • Other countries: we don't ship there yet. Email info@evencase.it and we'll look into it together.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email so you can follow it step by step. We ship with insured express couriers.

Returns & exchanges

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Items must be returned intact, unused and in their original packaging. Once we've received and checked your return, we refund you within 14 days to your original payment method.

Note: engraved products are made to order for you and can't be refunded, except for manufacturing defects.

FAQ

How long does delivery take?

On average 3–6 days in Italy: 1–2 days of processing plus 2–4 days of delivery. Add one day for engraving.

Does engraving take longer?

Just one day. Laser engraving is free and we do it ourselves in Puglia, because we want it to reach you perfect.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to Europe, the UK, the United States and Canada. Times and costs are listed above. For other countries, email us and we'll look at it case by case.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible at info@evencase.it. If your order hasn't shipped yet (or, for engraved items, isn't being engraved yet), we'll do our best to change it.

How do I return an item?

Email info@evencase.it with your order number. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.

Can I return an engraved case?

Since it's personalized at your request, an engraved case can't be refunded unless it arrives defective or damaged. In that case we replace it right away, free of charge.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We're really sorry. Send a photo to info@evencase.it within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a replacement right away.
