Will I see a preview before engraving?
No, we engrave the file you upload. For this reason, it is best to choose a clear image with good contrast.
Can I engrave some text?
Yes: initials, a name, a date, or a short phrase. Fewer words are better, and not too small.
Can I engrave any image?
Yes, provided you have the rights to them. Logos, trademarks, and photos belonging to others require permission from their respective owners.
Can I return an engraved case?
Custom cases are not covered by the right of withdrawal (Art. 59 of the Consumer Code). If it arrives defective, we will replace it.
